My GA GT "SC/T"

It's been a while. I finally got my car back from the bodyshop for new OEM SC/T hood and some other minor damages that I always wanted to get fixed. It took longer than I expected because I took my car back again for some more free touch up work. I got some new stuff since last time I posted pics of my car.

Eibach springs and KYB struts
Falken tires
SC/T hood
35% rear tint
TYC CF tails

sweet additions yun. you should really consider the vinyl over the corner ambers. your car will do a complete 180 as far as looks go.

Ya, although the hood is a factory option, I still get the looks. I am one of the very select few with it. I dunno what I want next. I would like to start saving money for something though.

I guess I would have liked the radioactive ones better than I did if I had them in CF, but chrome tails on my silver car looked too cheap.

I may get rims in spring.
I defintely like TYC tails better. It took me about 2 monthes to finally get a working pair of improved harnesses from them, but the wait was worth it.

Ive seen Yun's TYC tails in person and they actually look pretty good. Much diffrent in person than a photograph. Best aftermarket tails out for GA's by far, I wouldnt buy them myself- im quite happy with my GT tails but just giving my .02 that the TYC's dont look that bad.

The hood looks kickass, looks like the body shop did a good job on it. Me and Yun was talking about this the other day anybody else that purchased the SC/T hood seperately did they charge you $200 bones for the block off plates and the grill? Thats just rediculous.

I went back to bodyshop and asked them about it. The $200 was the cost of paint and materials for other damaged parts that I got fixed other than the new hood. They misinformed me.

looking good man

do you have the inserts removed from the hood? I thought about doing this to mine, is there any extra maintanance invalved? I know the engine will get dirty faster then normal, but are there any worries from water getting in there in a place it shouldnt get to?
