12/29 Chicago Get Together

Okay so we need to pick a date and get together soon... It has been a while since we had a get together for dinner and drinks, and since a couple of the locals are home from school for break we should do this!

what date works best for all?

well one day we should have during the day and the other at night or something. i feel sorry for paul cause he posted that thread, were talking about going out at night, but hes only 20, among others.

well we can always go someplace mid afternoon/evening for dinner and to hang out.. and then the legals can go out later on for drinks... ?

I'm down, although with my upcoming trip to Cali, I probably won't be able to make it there. Was supposed to be in the Chicagoland area to pick up the goat over the weekend but with the lake effect snow that fel inl between me and Chicago (2ft in LaPorte/Michigan City) that didn't happen. That might be delayed until after the new year. Someone post up a date and I"ll see if I can make it

well thats why we can do dinner with everyone and if the 21+ people want to go out afterwards we can.. not gonna not hang with people just cause they aren't legal

that would be mean!

Legal or not Im drinking.....legalities PSH! Its a festive time of the year. Plus even the people here who arent legal, which one of them ain't going be hammered over break.......Either way, if u guys want to plan something really nice I have to know when cuz i have school in the evening work in the morning. and I usually work weekends. I would need 2 weeks in advance to make something happen. Someone from the original thread posted something for spring as well. THat would be great too.
Although once everyone decides on a freaking date..........the location is another issue.
Im thinking of a comedy club or something. anyway this polack is out. later.

Chicago is only 250 miles away from me its not that far

do you guys want to do this this year in dec. or at the begining of the new year... ??? I already have plans this thurs 23rd.... and then friday and saturday are out for everyone becuase of xmas eve and xmas.. next week thursday works, the 30th, NYE 31st is out as I am sure we all have other plans...

anyone else have any ideas.. we can plan a bigger spring meet later, as jim said, time to party now!

seriously... it would be cool if we could plan one time for people from MI and other states to come visit us.. but the next open weekend for me, is Jan 21-23.
