Workout Supplements (brand new!)

Right now i have all the GNC Elite brand supplements. Its all top quality stuff. this is the list.

1) Liquid Power Pump ($90+ tax at GNC)
This stuff is basically liquid NO2 and it works ALOT faster since its in liquid form. Im selling it for ($70)

2) GNC Cuts ($44 + tax)
This is their brand of fat burner. It probably the best selling fat burner that GNC or any other store sells. Not too powerful and not too weak, just right. It also gives you a huge energy burst during your workout. ($30)

3) Elite BCAA ($40 + tax)
Helps prevent muscle breakdown during and after your workout. I dont personally take this brand BCAA but i flat out live by BCAA. Its a must in any workout diet. (30)

4) GNC Power Pump ($90+tax)
This is GNC brands nitric oxide booster. It works as well or BETTER than NO2 because its 3rd generation. They've figure out all the kinks that NO2 had and fixed it. ($70)

5) GNC Liquid Creatine ($50+ tax)
This is all new and works WAY better than regular creatine. No bloating, crams and runny crap like you get with regular powder creatine. If you tired creatine and it did nothing for you, then try this new stuff. It works awesome! ($40)

Guga, be careful...Creatine is serious stuff that you need to KNOW about before you start taking it, not just say "I think I'll try it." If you want to buy it now, be sure to do your homework on it and all that. Supplements aren't for the casual exerciser...you won't see results if you're not hardcore about your lifting. Creatine will make you gain weight quickly, but you have to have a serious work out for it to be muscle. If you don't do a good enough workout, it will just make you fat and make your **** runny and smell like rotting flesh. I've been hardcore lifting for about 6 months now, and I don't know how I ever did without it. I've seen some pretty decent results, too. I'm currently just on whey protein, but I'm going to be getting into either Cell-Tech or some sort of all-around supplement very soon. However, you can lift and take supplements all you want, but if your diet isn't good, it's all for nothing. Gaining muscle is 20% workout, and 80% diet. Just gain knowledge on it before you start anything...

These are some really good prices for this stuff though. Shogun, why are you getting rid of all this??

i sold the last liquid creatine to Guga. However, i can probably get more if the demand was high enough. As for why im selling this stuff? I just flat out have too much of it. Im a strength and conditioning coach and most of this stuff was for some of the athletes i train but i dont want them to be taking too many supplements at one time.
And as for creatine being dangerous stuff, its not even close. Huge misconception. All supplements i give to my athelets can either be found in their diet or are naturaly occuring. Its just that they cant eat all day long so i need to supplement them.

Nah, I didn't say creatine is dangerous. It's just not good for you if you don't USE it correctly. It's not the best stuff in the world, but it'll really make some good results. Then again, chances are you know more about than me since you're a strength and conditioning coach...

liquid creatine doesnt work as well as powdered creatine, Creatine Is not stable at all in solution...it stays full "strength" in liquid form for maybe 12 hours before it starts to lose its effectiveness...when you buy it in preliquid form ...your pretty much buying a placebo...which is the reason you dont get the "side effects" (which areant bad at all...you urinate a little more and the occasional stomach cramp...thats it...and iv never had stomach cramps from it)...you have to know how to use creatine properly before you notice any effects...and creatine doesnt actually build muscle...it helps with recovery time so you can work out more...it also causes more water to be retained in your muscles during workout, helping with the short burst intensity that you need.

FYI

Same with No2...you need to know how to use it...and you actually have to work out for any supplement to work

I agree with Kracka that there was a TIME when creatine was very unstable in liquid form. It would last maybe, a few hours (12 is stretching it i think) However, they have found that with the addition of B6 into the formula, you are able to sustain creatine in the blood for longer than usual. The best form of creatine now is CEE (creatine ethyl ester) which is the most absorbed form of creatine. The problem with taking monohydrate is that unless you take some type of transport sugar (like dextrose) with it, you'll **** almost all of it out. The problem with dextrose is that it makes you fat (more or less) For an athlete who needs to trim bodyfat (in the case of sprinters) dextrose and monhydrate arent the best option. This is where CEE of Liquid creatine come into play.

As for No2 type products? Depending on which one you buy, they can be good or bad. I personally recommend BSN Nitrix, butt he problem with that (and almost all NO2 products) is that you need to take high doses to sustain the "pump" and size (sometimes up to 9 pills a day!). This is where a liquid type AAKG product comes in handy. You get the same amount of AAKG in 1 table spoon you would get in taking 4 pills of NO2.

I was pretty much gonna say the same thing. Ive been working out for 3 months now and take prolab creatine powder and 100% whey protein. Like said, if you do your homework right, these will be a major factor in your results. Check out www.bodybuilding.com , they got awesome info and also a huge ass online store (Really good prices, specially compared to retail GNC)

i wasnt talking in the blood..but the liqiud solution of creatine before you take it....but i agree with you on the CEE..but i still take it in powder form...i also find that B6 helps a litte...same with B12

I personally dont take N02 so i dont know much about it

NO2 is alright.....give it a try. Nothing bad can happen. Worst case senerio is you love it and and end up going broke cause you keep buying the stuff.
If any of you guys need strength programs i also make custom programs for people. I charge a small fee but that includes a diet program, and a 8 month strenth program. Also consultation over the phone or email anytime you want. Each program is specifically made for what you need. I actually specialize in powerlifting, but also do work in sports specific training (mostly football and track).

PS. For those of you who want to learn some REAL tips on how to get strong, hit up these articles. http://www.t-nation.com/ALSAuthor.do...0Tate&pageNo=1

im not saying you specifically Kracka........i just put that out there.
sorry for the confusion.

As for program fees, it all depends on the person and what their goals are.
usually i start by just talking over MSN and asking a few questions...then we go from there.

email me at khanb20@hotmail.com if anyone is interested.
also add me on MSN using the same address.
