you can get it brand new straight from the company for $180 shipped. Go to www.slponline.com , get their customer service number, and ask for Art at extension 104. He'll get you set up real fast. Just have your credit card and shipping address ready to go.

Yea, I don't think they like to. For this very reason:

I can see where buying just the piping really might hurt their business a little, so thats probably why they don't like to sell just the piping.

I got mine over a year ago, so they could have stopped selling just the piping since then. It never hurts to call and ask, though. I went the SLP piping, Magnaflow muffler, Summit Racing stainless tips route. The whole thing cost me $400 WITH install (I didn't want to try to go through the hassle of doing it myself, so I just had a friend of mine's shop put it in and weld it for $60).

To tell you the truth, I think the best way to go would be to have the resonator cut off and have a straight piece of tubing put in. Then, just have the shop cut off the pipe right before the rear axle, and have a new piece put in. That kink in the piping over the axle is what KILLS the exhaust flow. Even if the piece was crush bent, it still wouldn't be nearly as bad as the stock piece. I wouldn't think that would cost you more than $100 or so, then to have the rest of the exhaust put in, fitted, and welded or clamped wouldn't be more than another $50. 2.5" stainless, mandrel bent piping is nice, but it is a little bit of overkill for the GA. 2.25" piping is just fine as long as there are no kinks in it.

he has asserted his dominance over competing males with the loud masculine sound form his exaust system, Females searching for a potential mate will be driven away by weaker exaust systems and attracted to his SLP.

Louder than SLP? No. Louder than Magnaflow? No.
Blowmaster sounds nice but it isnt that loud when compared to SLP or Magnaflow. My buddy Canden has a Blowmaster and 2.5" pressure bent cat-back pipping and the sound dosent carry as far as my SLP. I wish he would post on here, he has a nice GA.

i think slp is a little too overrated (sound wise) i would pick my flowmaster over a slp muffler any day. I have never heard magnaflow, but i would like to hear it.

^ I have a video clip of my SLP piping/Magnaflow muffler setup if you'd like me to e-mail it to you. It's about 900 kb, so it's too large to fit on here and I'm too lazy to find a site to host it. I can't get to it until two weeks from now because it's on my home computer, but I can send it to you then if you'd like...
