New pictures finally...

OK, my room got flooded over winter break and ruined my camera dock. I have taken recent pictures of my car since Christmas, but havent got them on my computer because I just now got around to getting a USB cable for my camera, so here they are.

These are pictures of my fogged/glazed headlights I was always complaining about. I got new ones for Christmas and installed them. They made a really big differance.

Here is the pontiac arrowhead that I painted on my steering wheel. For some reason I couldn't get my camera to focus on close shots, so I'm sorry for them being so blurry. It really did turn out well

Here are pictures of the XM radio I got for Christmas and installed. I was actually pretty happy with myself for finding a way to mount it to my dash. It had to mount on the backside against a flat surface, so i couldn't find ANYWHERE to do that unless I wanted to drill into the dash, by the passenger airbag. So I took the middle vent out, and removed the ball/vent thing out of the circle vent frame. When you do this, it leaves you with a 1/2" gap where the ball used to rotate in. So I cut a piece of half inch plywood, and snapped the vent peices back together. It holds in very sturdy and It worked out pretty well. Again, sorry for the blurriness.

A few of the exterior. I have GT tails on there now, and I removed the WVU sticker on the back, and replaced it with a sticker dedicated to my Dad.

Looks nice, you should replace the SE side molding with GT molding. It's pretty expensive new though...

Yeah I've considered that, but then I'd have to buy the rockers as well, and I am broke..

Looks real good. I really like that color.

I'll have 4 door side skirts coming off my car soon.

Say it isn't so....

Car looks good by the way. I like the XM mounting. You should get some new gauges in that thing.

^Haha, I would, but you stole them...

I'm thinking of trading it in, because all of a sudden, I'm getting a ton of brake problems one after another. I've already put $2,000 into it in the past 2 months. Now I have another issue that just came up with the ABS.. Depending on what the problem is, I may just trade it in. It makes me sick knowing that I put that much money into a car that is only worth $2,000.

I'm thinking of maybe a Cavalier, just because I can't afford much since I'm in school....Go easy on my Mike . Maybe even another Grand Am since their resale DOES suck and I can find one cheap... who knows.

Well, at least you'd be staying close. Are you going to try and find a little 5-speed to play with?

If I go with a Cavalier, yes. But it really all depends on what is wrong with my car right now...

Best of luck with it. It'd be a damn shame to see it go down now, I know you've put a lot into it, and it's a really sharp looking car, with the GT bumpers and all.

Well thanks for the compliments. I like it too. I've had it since I was 16, and it was my first, and only car. I don't want to get rid of it either, I just wish it would STOP having BRAKE problems.

Story of all of our lives. This should be gagt.com's theme, along with LIM leaks (which I don't have to deal with)
