I thought I posted it here in another thread:

http://groomlakelabs.com/gallery/vid...ng_Session.wmv

It works best with DivxPlayer since I made it for a video cd...

so obviously I saw the stage 1 and stage 2 galleries. I was curious how much money you put into building the engine with the turbo, andwhat dyno number you are looking at. Are you running boost pretty conservative so you don't blow the tranny again or does the newer differential and build up of the tranny pretty bullet proof? Sorry another question. Are you still running the stock pistons and cam? Thanks!

I still need to tally up what I have spent. I still have all the reciepts. I will be going for a dyno session after I receive my WB02 (from PLX), and the A/D PowrTuner cable from DHP. I am taking baby steps to pretty much eliminate torque management, since it is kicking my ass in the 1-2 shift. As for the boost, I am hitting 10PSI, which I was under the impression that this is not all that conservative with this engine As for the tranny, it is holding up to some major abuse at the moment, looks like time will be the ultimate judge. The entire bottom end is still stock. When I had the oil pan off, I checked for excessive play in the connecting rods, but that is about it. I had the intent to get another bottom end/block over the summer and slowly build with forged pistons. Hard to tell at this point, but you can be sure I will post the results, good or bad.

I was just thinking that with the extent of the build up that you have done, you diffently have to be running faster than the Spaz or Schweep. Loved the BOV sound in the video. I wish I were more mechanically inclined to tear apart my engine and rebuild it with a turbo like you did. I have the basic's down, but would know what the hell I was doing it I did what you did with the stage 1 photos. Over my head! Well keep me updated. Thanks!

he has asserted his dominance over competing males with the loud masculine sound form his exaust system, Females searching for a potential mate will be driven away by weaker exaust systems and attracted to his SLP.

Thanks, but I'm not quite sure I would go that far... Hopefully I can give Pat a good run once he gets his back together. I'm very curious about the changes he is makin now... Especially w/ his tranny. Hopefully I can get to a track soon.

You asked for it by advising me during my build

Nice daytime shot! Is your 1-2 shift point in the low 5000's?

Yeah, i can't wait to hear how she runs. Mine should def. be ready for Pontiac Nationals at Norwalk in Aug. It won't have everything done that'd i'd like to but it should still lay down some good times anyways.

Maybe we can get together later this summer or early fall for some head to head racing

yes, i know i asked for it by giving advice as needed, .

as for my shift point, no, its in the upper 5,000's, if not low 6000's.

i think on this particular vid, it shifted a little early. maybe due to how hot it was yesterday.

Actually, schweppe has done a lot more to his car. Todd has a trans rebuild similar to mine, but schweppe's is completely built up with more custom components and stronger parts so it should handle more horsepower. Plus schweppe has a built engine and is using alcohol injection, and Todds engine still has stock internals and is using an intercooler but no other power-adders. Technically schweppe's setup should be able to handle a lot more power... it's just limited in the amount of boost he can run because of the size of the blower. Todd's advantage is in the efficiency of the turbo at higher boost levels, and the fact that he can now custom tune his pcm to his turbo setup. Now back on topic, about Todd's turbo...

... just kiddin' Germ. Nice vid man.

Actually, I'm under the impression that Pat is going a different route with the tranny...

As for mine, I discovered this evening it performed very well against a blown '97 Regal GS...

Jeremy... Next vid: Burnout

Oh, and when will we some upcomming product pics over at http://www.donkeypunchperformance.com/ ?

Specifically, the headers

Don't know how he could go a different route since his tranny is already completed and installed in the car, and was long before I had mine finished. He basically has a bullet proofed 4T45E. He could possibly switch to a 4T65HD, but I don't know why he would since he's had no problems with the 4T45E yet, and hasn't made enough power to break it yet.

I think we need to force him to talk I know for certain he has somethin up his sleeve, and he is making considerable changes due to his downtime. Otherwise, I'd be bustin @$$ to meet him at the track soon

Lol, ain't that the truth? Pat's always got something up his sleeve. One things for sure... I can't wait to see both of you running at the track again!
