the kind of question that would try to get to the bottom of the fad of putting air rides on cars, dually noted wtf kind of way is that to spend upwards of 500$ to slam a car when parked ? =P

ahhh, I see. What makes you think it's a fad? It's more of a personal preference. Why do you care anyways? I worked for that money that I spent on it. Thats what I choose to spend it on. Don't like it? So be it.

looking good. What brand is it? Easystreet air struts? If so, then we got the same bags.

Some word of advice.. Do not do side to side. It puts too much stress on the unibody. I've already seen a cracked rear windshield glass from it off an alero on air. And we have our swaybars to keep things leveled so its useless. unless you take out the front and rear swaybar, then you'll get the full effect of side to side. (but then the car will ride like crap, )

Yeah it's easystreet sturts. air management by suicidedoors.com.

As of right now, my side to side doesn't work because we have two wires switched and need to fix that, so yeah. haha, my sway bars are stayin' on! No way those puppies are comin' off. Thanks for the advice though, i really do appreciate it

anyways, godess, that is tight.. is that just air, or did you have to modify the wheel wells to get that low? pretty sexy... it would be even sexier if you had the SC/t kit... help fill the voids... very nice... very impressed!

if you were my wife i'd take you down a peg or two...

what makes me think its a fad? cause lowering economy compact cars with air bags is fairly new to the car scene as a whole....

and i wasnt worried about the money spent, im just saying i can ask a question if i want to, you dont have to answer it or try to rationalize it...

and the first line of text im so getting away with cause its a super troopers quote...

Yeah what he said

Naw, just air. In the front it's hittin' a lil' bit on the plastic/rubber whatever it is that is right under the well, but we are gonna cut that out. Obviously only when it's laid out. I keep it at about 60psi in the front, 80psi in the back for ride height and I don't hit anywhere. It's pretty clear all around surprisingly with the 18's.

Fad or not, I wanted it. I worked hard for it. I got it. End of story. I wasn't rationalizing anything. I didnt know that was a line from super troopers or whatever. So anyone would have taken that remark as I did. I ain't startin' sh*t over it. No hard feelings. Relax

It definitely doesn't improve the ride quality. I love doing **** to my car. I don't care if its a fad or not. The purpose of having air ride is to have fun with it. It's not common around my area, let alone on GA's. It's another mod just a bit more pricey. I don't have to explain myself anymore. So yeah..... moving on <~that makes me laugh

Yeah don't know how I feel about the tails anymore either, but as of now, they are alright. Once i shave my door handles and get my paint job, it's gonna make or break those (most likely breakl) and then they are comin' off
