having a 100mbit connection has nothing to do with anything unless you happen to be on my network...wired

and YOU having this connection doesnt help the rest of the world since no one else has 100mb connectiion, which isnt even possible yet cuz i think Verizon only offers like 5Mb, or possibly even 10now.

research is key. and yes i know im talking to someone who wont ever post here again

The quality of those pics are crappy as all get out!

What's funny is that a lot of those photo's are trademarked by the manufacturer and there are no pics of the Grand Am on that site. HAHAHA

actually yes it does....you may not be able to get a 100mbit connection for YOU....but more bandwidth available makes it faster for all the OTHER ppl on the site...the 100MBit (or whatever connection speed it may be) is distrubited between ALL the

Ex. 100MBit + 10 ppl connected with 10Mbit connections can dl at 10MBit

But 100Mbit + 100 ppl connected with 10MBit connections can only DL at a max of 1mbit

its 100MBit distrubuted

just thought id clear that up considering that this thread is utterly usless anyways

..and 100MBit isnt alot when it comes to hosting a website

100Mbit is enough to output over 80 wallpapers a second that is 288,000 hourly and 6,912,000 daily... it's not that bad we think

You can throw out #'s all day long, I just tried to check out the GTO pic mentioned above and was only able to get the homepage to load one time. Now I can't even get that far. I guess you get a lot of traffic at 3am ;x

, well I just tried it again and after letting it load for 5 mins here's all I got... in fact its still loading...

http://www.alteredimaging.com/shared/ncs.jpg

The site is a good idea, but there are already other ones out with much better bandwidth and less problems... I'd suggest getting that looked at before you 'advertise' on more forums.

sicc:
the problem you describe is very disturbing to us...
could you post us (PM or sth) your IP address (first 3 parts will do i.e. 255.255.255.0) so that we could analyze the route to you and inform our ISP about the problem?
