Billet Fuel Door

Just got the Billet Fuel Door I'd ordered from Evan (mishslpgt) installed, looks pretty good I think, sits flush after some very minimal mod to the stock gas bib. I'm going to get it paint matched green leaving the bolts silver. Install on this was so straight forward it wasn't even funny.
Anyway here are some pics, please don't mind the dirty car, it's raining here
I'll get some better pics when it clears up, and after it gets painted.

Why would you paint it. Isn't that the whole purpose of a billet fuel door?

Well I got the idea looking for one that would fit the Trans-Am, and ran across a black T/A with a painted one, thought it looked killer, so decided to do it, as well. I think it lets you keep that look that I'm looking for, but dosent scream quite as loudly hey I'm a fuel door. It's got a uniqueness to it, but it dosen't call quite as much attention to itself right off the bat.

It looks good even now. Your car is one of the nicest GA's around, Justin- I love that freakin color almost as much as I love mine.

Wouldn't you paint it before you put it on the car?

The painted door does look good. I have to refinish mine every fall.

I was test fitting it to make sure all goes well. I finally ordered side skirts to finish my kit haha, and probably going to order the Andy fenders, and just let my body guy take it off the car when hes painting the aforementioned.
You know how it is get the new toys, have to try them out

I know! Not to disrespect guys here, but I'm sick of all the good looking GA's being black, red, white and silver. The dark green and dark blue are the best, with the 05' dark silver coming in there pretty high too.
