Eaton/Magnusson S/C Kit for sale.

I am selling my S/C kit, it is a 4th gen MP62. I am the second owner of this kit, I had purchased it from a Pontiac dealership in MN who had it on their lap of America car (Vern/**** Johnson Motorsports). They put approx 4500-5000 miles on it while they had it (I still have their emails) and I've only put another 7k miles on it, so it is one of the lowest mileage E/M kits floating around. There are only a few of these kits in exsistance and they rarely come up for sale. This particular one will make more power than the others and i will disclose why, to the purchaser. I have proven that this kit is capable of low 13s and i feel that with a better tune 12s are possible.

I will also include a CAI setup for it, k&n filter, 2 belts, various pullies, as well as any tech support needed.

I am asking $3,000. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Pat

Why are you selling it? Could you tell me what the shipping is to canada? Also if I was to drive to you, could you and I (myself being a gm technician), install this so I can drive it back?

Man it's like the end of an era everyone selling their eatons! Are you parting out your car in the coming future? If so dibs on the sc/t kit or the tranny.

Your pm box is full too.

Damn there are some vultures around here.. just because someone's selling their supercharger doesn't mean the rest of the car is going and they aren't going another route... so for the sake of this thread, if you don't want the supercharger, don't post.

Sorry but his pm box is full and I'm not going to open a new thread just to ask him a question.

Give me a zip/address, and i can check shipping costs. I am selling it because i need the $$$$ to do something else. If you were to drive here we could install.

LukeD....I won't be parting the car out completely (sc/t kit is staying on). Transmission I would consider if someone was serious.
28# Injectors are up for sale. (used 7k) $200
MSD DIS also for sale. (completely wired)
17inch BFG D/R slightly used.

I will make another thread for all of the other stuff...this one is just for the S/C kit.

Isn't the ecotec ignition system some kind of new system and not a waste spark system?

Well Nology makes A Coil Pack system for it, has wires going into the existing coil, and then some better springs or something? RSM had a DIS System listed so I figured maybe they were interchangeable prolly not though.

100k miles is easily feasable as they are of OEM quality. I cannot vouch for the condition of the other kits for sale, but mine is in perfect shape. And as far as them being past their time...well I'll let the top 1/4mi list speak for itself.

I sold the green S/C on ebay about a month ago, why sell it? I considered it an investment that I made $1100 profit on it. Eaton superchargers are built tough and will last in most cases the life of the car. This is why GM, Ford, and mercedes all use eaton superchargers.

sorry its just the way things worked out, if your honestly interested i may take some type of deposit to hold it for a few months to allow you some extra time to gather the funds. i'm not hurting for money all that bad it would just move my next project along a little faster.

I just got engaged and am getting married shortly, if I spent this kind of money right now, my pre-wife would have my BALLS! But I do appreciate the offer, and eventually I will get a eaton charger kit, however it may take some searching as they are few and far between. Good luck with the sale!
