Those jack stands look alittle to close together on the inside of the car...I'd be worried that slightly leaning on the car would tip it right of the stands. Also it's not really necessary to take the tires off. As long as you keep the tire pressure alittle on the high side for the cold season the tires won't get flat spots while the car is in storage. Now if you planned on storing your car for a few years then you "might" need to worry about the tires.

I doubt flat spots can happen in 3-4 months, my pop has a car he drives maybe a few times a year other than that its stored in a garage not jacked up and so far no flat spots.

It depends on the treadwear on them too, really soft tires will flat spot pretty quickly, but he's doing everything possible to keep the car in top notch condition.

I removed the tires becuase i didnt want the extra weight on the suspension either and to not get flat spots. Would i have gotten flat spots? Dunno, but i had extra jack stands and a 6 pack and 20 minutes to spare so why not lift it. Not only that but in the spring im putting on slotted rotors, rear sway bar, repainting the calipers and a few other things so having it up in the air will be nice to get started on as soon as the weather hits 40 degrees again.
