Major changes from 99 to 2004+?

Well I did some searching and didn't find any real answers so, here I go, posting a likely dumb question, but here goes... I just bought the wife a 2004 GA/GT since she liked the 99 GA/GT1 we bought new so much, and she didn't much care for the new G6. I know a lot of non cosmetic stuff was changed since 99, but rather than hunt and search topic after topoic after topic, I was wondering if anyone knew what all WAS changed since the car was first introduced?

Side mirrors and cargo net is the first things to come to my mind and of course the SC/T "option", but that dont count.

he has asserted his dominance over competing males with the loud masculine sound form his exaust system, Females searching for a potential mate will be driven away by weaker exaust systems and attracted to his SLP.

And wheels. And I think the guage cluster was slightly different. The guages don't have that raised look to them as they did in the 99... I THINK.

^I don't think anything changed with a cupholder. It's just an add on that you could get.

I think they killed the passenger side vanity mirror in 2003 (?). Radio headunit changed in 2001, side mirors in 2002.5, V6 HO badges changed to RamAir in 2001, killed side badges in 2003, I think the center cupholder went from an insert to a molded in part in 2003(?), gray seat fabric seemed to get lighter sometime. Those are the only things I can think of for the GT. The SE had more major body moulding and engine changes.

^ Side badges went in '02.5 as well, and my cup holder is molded into the console too. Everything else is right on, nothing more I can think of. Nothing too significant anyway, mostly bean-counter changes.

99's Had Tire Pressure Monitors 00+'s did not

99 (Maybe 00's) Speedo and Tach were raised from the rest of the cluster, after 00 or 01 they were flat

In 00 or 01 the cup holder became standard, and in one of the years it became molded as part of the center console.

Wheels changed in 01 or 02

Side mirrors became unpainted at one point

glove box lost it's lock

Some interior parts turned from a dark gray to black

that's all I know of.

The cup holder in front of the shifter, or the one in front of the center console? My car did not come with a cup holder in front of the center console.

I have 2 infront of the shifter and one behind the shifter. All three are "molded" in. Non are "loose", as in removable.

You buy your car new or used, Coupe? I think '02 (maybe '03) was when they became molded in.

From 2000 to 2001, the floorwell lights that shined on your feet are gone. When you hit the brakes in a 2000 and the ABS brakes kicked in, the "low trac" light came on also- that was gone for 2001. In 2003, the green "cruise" light on the dash disappeared. Also in 2003, you could pull the DRL relay out and not get a Service Vehicle Soon light. 2001 also brought on the number 1 & 2 key fobs. 2003 on up, the trunk lock is silver, not black like the rest of them.
