New Pics Of Blood Red Kandy Coupe

Hey Ya'll I finally got atleast my door jams painted. i was supposed to do the whole car last week on the 9th but i noticed a few things i had to touch up. then i was supposed to spray this past friday the 16th but someone else snuck their car in the booth somehow so now its official that this week tuesday or wednesday i will be spraying it. the jams came out really good but the pics really dont show the color very well. it appears a little lighter in the pics. but there very glossy like kandy is supposed to be and im really happy with them and so are the teachers. also i just got my results back from my ASE test i took last month and im very proud to announce that i passed my painting and refinishing test and will be officially certified once i get one more year expirience becuase u need 2 years to be certified. well heres some pics of the jams if you wanna see any of the older pics let me know. i will take any pics you wanna see and will post pics of the car when its done.

What base did you use for the candy color? Gold or silver?

i used silver for the base. im not opening the shop by myself my dude is opening it with me. he knows alot also and has alot of his certs too. so were hopin it will work we really want it to, plus were gonna sell and install speakers and tvs also, and rims also. but we'll see. my car is gettin painted this week so we'll see how it turns out. you cant really spot paint kandy but with jams you could, cuz it'll be close enough you wont be able to tell.

Yea, this pics do it no justice at all. When you take the pics, it as to be under the right lights to make it even show that it is candy.. Looking forward to seeing it painted.

That's a sweet color. I love the kandy paint. Can't wait to see it when it's done.

I'm probably going with a kandy paint on my car when I get my RK kit... if I can afford it!
