Talking Check out my new RAM AIR mod

Just changed the spark plugs and it's working perfectly.

Only thing left is to find a 99 egr adapter cause I only have the 00+ adapter. For now I have it unplugged so the egr is always closed and the other end closed off too. Very fun mod! Well worth the money! Now all I need to do is convince the CA emissions guy next year that it is my RAM AIR .

Sorry about the dark pic, I accidently had the flash off and it was the only pic I could get before my camera's batterys died. More pics soon! Thanks again RAZE!

thanks everyone! I'm not running much boost on it right now with the underdrive crank pulley and the 2.7 s/c pulley but soon I'll have the 2.2 pulley on and that will give me about 6-7 psi. I really think the UD crank pulley/ OD sc pulley is a especially good power combo as long as this gatorback belt doesn't slip.

Even now this thing FLIES! I'm not going to go into any illegal stories, but Z28s only come in v8s right? If so then this thing is crazy fast!

What time on the 23rd are you going to be up here Sik?

i have a hard time believing that you beat z28's....if so your in the 13's easily...the elite few in the GA commutity are only in the 13's....and like you said..your not even running much boost...

i call

didn't say I beat him did I? I just said my car flies now.

Besides, he looked like a very hefty individual and maybe it was a modified v6 with Z28 badging and hood? I don't know. It's fast but I too doubt my car's in the 13s YET.

I'm not going to make any claims on this thing till I have an actual timeslip. Almost anything can be a factor when you are not on the track. Some people have crappy running V8s, some people put different hoods and emblems on their car to look like something they are not. I was just trying to confirm that a real Z28 cannot have a v6. I myself am a little puzzled though cause that guy did not have a stock 3800 for sure.

Go figure. I've really got to get this to the track.

You shouldn't go lower go lower than a 2.5" SC pulley, unless you do PCM tuning. UD pulleys can be a problem. Watch out for lean conditions. Remember, you are forcing a lot more air into the motor, which requires more fuel. I just noticed you list a Pro-M MAF. Do you have that installed with the SC?
