Solstice sales > Miata sales

Still not going make up for their 9B dollar deficit but props to GM for once.

It'll be the long-term numbers that settle which one's more popular, not this. This is just the first 2 months of a brand new car's sales. I'd hold off on the celebrating until the end of the year, if not longer. I think the sales will even out considerably once the Solstice has been out for a little while and the first few hit the used car lots.

this is still great though. IT will even more awsome when you can walk into a dealership and actually BUY a Solstice or even just be able to buy one easily that doesn't have a "market" increased price on it.

I've got my fingers crossed for a big GM comeback in the next 5 years!

The Pontiac may look "nicer", but the Mazda is the overall nicer car.

Vintalage doesn't like GM's Pontiac Solstice? Who woulda thunk it?

fantastic post mightypan...your info was already going through my head when I read the title. Thank you for making it the 3rd post in the thread.

How long has Miata dominated this market? Exactly....lets see if 10 years from now, let alone 1 year, teh Solstice is still winning.

I was surprised you hadn't already said it

Oh yeah, I forgot to say that the Sky will take a big bite out the Solstice's sales numbers when it comes out.
