AJ reserved 10 rooms at the LaQuinta Inn in Schaumburg, IL. The rooms each have two full size beds, room rates are $69.99 for a night, with 2-4 people in a room it should be pretty affordable. If we find that we wont fill all of them AJ can cancel a few before March 15th. I hope this works for everybody.

What's happening: we meet at busse woods, hang out, play sports games, i heard rumours of pong, and another rumour of fishing. if it rains we'll go to a restaurant or hotel to chill. after the "meet" we're gonna either cruise the streets, go to hooters (or some other place to eat, if you can convince jim otherwise), and hang out. after that we're looking at either an 18+ place for everyone, or splitting so some ppl can hit the bars that want to (and can do so legally). after this, hit the hotel and either continue the party or crash for the night. on the 2nd, sunday, a bunch of us will be heading out to Byron Dragway to do some racing and others will head to Chicago
Sound good? please feel free to ask any more questions you might have and I or others that know the game plan will get to them.

Alright. Refer to the 1st post in this thread. I have updated the Hotel, Food, and Track lists, according to what I could find in the old thread. I know I probably missed some people, so this is what I ask. Instead of whoring up this thread with everyone posting what they are going to do, do this:

This was brought to my attention by Sik. AJ, you booked 10 rooms, and according to that list, we have 8 people using rooms. If you are sharing a room with someone, please let me know, so I can group you guys together in the list in the first post.

We might need more rooms, depending on how this goes.

There is no reason to stick the caravan threads. You can just "bump" the thread without whoring it. Just a simple "bump" in a post is ok every few weeks to keep it up top. Just don't get crazy

Just an FYI to everyone. Majority of vehicles that will be attending are going to be GA's, but there are some other's coming: malibu's, trucks, etc. Invite your friends

I sent him a map of Busse Woods last week, and told him where we had it last year. Those that actually showed up to the meet in June 05 will know exactly what spot we were in and it was right off Higgins for easy access. IMO
