Yet another set of LED tails

Well heres a sneak peek at my latest project.
4" LED clusters with 10 superflux LED's in each mounted in cleared GT tails with black housings.

I'm going to cover the lower portion of the light (turns and reverse) with black vinyl.

I'll post pics of them on the car once I get the vinyl on them and my car washed.

Which cluster do you have set up to flash if you're going to cover the turns with vinyl?

Once I get the wiring harness I need both will light up for brakes and the outside one will signal, even when the brakes are applied. Until I get the harness I need I'm going to temporarily wire them up so the both are parking, outside brakes and inside flashes.

Here's a picture of them vinyl'ed and ready to go on the car, I'm going to go wire them up right now.

well, everything looks sexy as of now.. but i have to see the pattern you chose for the led's before i make any further comments.. cause the led layout will make or brake the whole thing IMO..

Here they are lit up. I don't have a tripod so sorry if they're a bit blurry. I was thinking about covering up the LED's in the middle, to just have the ring, but it made the clusters look weird during the day.

I'll post day pics of them on the car once I get it washed, its caked with salt right now. Anyway, here are the pics.

i definately would have covered the center LED's, it looks better in a ring IMO. nice job though, my second LED set are the GT tails, havnt decided if im gonna sell them outright or use them on my car and sell the TYC's. i guess ill have to wait and see.
