Talking Some NES and N64 games that may be just collecting dust!!

alright, so I saw a guys thread in here about the dream cast and thought I would try my luck with someone's old games they still might have for the N64 and the regular nintendo. I just recently re-bought (after selling them WAY back in the day) a NES and n64 as I realized I still wanted them to play off and on.

The games I would really like are and don't already have are....

NES:
Contra
Mike Tyson's Punch OUt
Sky Shark (scrolling shooter air plane game)
double dragon 1
excite bike
any zelda game
maybe any ninja gaiden, still deciding
karnov
ivan's offroad

N64:
mario kart 64 (might be getting today but open to offers still)
super mario 64(might be getting today, but open to offers still)
Zelda: Ocarina of Time
mario tennis 64
donkey kong 64 (and yes I already have the explansion pak)
diddy kong racing
mario golf 64
any of the mario parties
Mortal Kombat Trilogy or 4

I may think of more later today. But maybe someone has some games just collecting dust they would like some $$$ for, hopefully we can work a fair deal! Any case or manual is preferable but not required. Thanks!

calculate shipping to the 66503 code (Manhattan, KS)

I have about 10 NES games. When I go home Friday I will post what I have.

Duck Hunt/Super Mario (I have the gun too)
Godzilla
Total Recall
...those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head

Just wondering how much are the games worth to you a piece?

if you have the ones I listed definitely $5-15 plus actual shipping costs.

like contra and punch out usually go for more, so i would pay accordingly. sound fair? I guess just let me know what you have from the list and we'll go from there, plus let me know what you think about prices.

I never use to have a N64 (just the nes and snes back in the day), so the 64 is the main "new" purchase for me!

just curious what the difference is between these "memory cards" I see and the controller paks for the N64. The controller paks fit perfectly into the controller and can save progress on selected games, but I've seen ones that say "memory card" with a red background that are more a rectangular shape. If i just have the controller pak is that sufficient for most (or all) games (do you ever need more then 1). Right now the only games I have are Smash bros, and zelda: majora's mask. I do have the expansion pak that slips into the console itself.

haha, I sound so helpless for such an OLD system, but that is really my only question and just work with me

I looked up some general prices and took into consideration you only have the cartridges and that these will be sold as a "lot" of 4 games......

Legend of Zelda = $5
Adventures of Link = $5
mario 2 = $6
ExciteBike = $4

So $20+actual shipping costs, maybe like $25.00 total or so?

oh, and are these games you have in like "mint used" condition or what, I assume you've tested them and they work. that kind of stuff would obviously affect price also. You said you had lots of others, are those 4 the only ones from my list? thanks!

Usually the Zelda games go for about $10 a piece without a box or instructions. They are all in good working condition and I will check them again tomorrow. I will also Get out all of the games I have and the system to see what I have. You will have first dibs at those particular games. I will post up a new thread in the FS sectiopn with all games and the system. I also have a sega Genesis and Sega CD with a few Genesis games. And also a dreamcast and an N64 so if anyone else is looking for stuff like this let me know.

Hey Ninja Theres a store here in Indy that has almost nearly any N64 Game you could possibly want ranging from $1 - $4. The store's called "disc replay" don't know if theres one near you. BTW you gotta make sure you add Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, and F-Zero X to that list, those are my favorites. Oh if your interested I currently have an extra copy of Perfect Dark, but you gotta have an expansion pack to play it.

oh there is no difference between a controller pack and a memory card. Many times the "memory cards" you described were 3rd party memory cards. about 90% of the time you don't even need a memory card, and oddly enough most of Nintendo's first party games either don't support it or have limited functionality.

Anyway I hope you enjoy that N64, I just re-assmebled mine. It's one of the most fun systems of all time! Anyway there are acctually quite a few games that support that expansion pack so I'd advice picking one up if you don't allready have it. I'm assuming your system was used, so just pull the expansion port cover off the top, and if its red underneath, then you have one. If its black with a purple sticker that says "do not remove the jumper pack" then you need to purchase one. Ebay's got a million of them on there, I just picked one up for about $10

I seriously considered buying an arcade machine that was Ironman Ivan Stewert's Off-Road...... we have it at my summer job, and I bet I play it an hour a day. Whenever I run out of quarters, I take the key, open it up, and get my money back.

alright, so you want me to wait until you post that new thread, to keep track of everything easier then?

and I looked at a bunch on auctions on Ebay and there were alot of nes zeldas with like 1-3 hours left that were only going for $0.99-3.50 because most ppl have shipping at like 4-5 bucks . thats where I got my price from. sure there are some that go for much more, but they have the box, manual, and are in very good condition. I saved a few zelda nes auctions in my ebay, so we'll see and I'll change my prices accordingly if need be in your new thread in the FS section (when are you going to do that??). Oh, and where you okay with the prices on the other games??
