6x9's are not great bass speakers in the first place. due to their smaller stature, they have to be able to move more air to be as loud as a larger speaker, particularly at lower frequencies. but a 6x9 is not a round speaker and getting them to displace enough linearily is a problem. i would vote no 6x9 and maybe get a 6.5", 7", or 8" sub instead.

Stock, honestly... the stock speakers put out some pretty good output when combined with an aftermarket HU...
Then again your going to need to replace them every month, but ... if you can get them for cheap, I dont know I had RF Punch 6x9s, they were crisp but the bass wasnt all that much. As someone stated above, maybe replace your 6x9 with some 6" round speakers.

infinity or pioneer from what i have heard
or you could always put any kinda compontents back there instead of using 6X9's if you want bass you really just need to get a woofer in your trunk |

Yes....Terrific speakers
They required some work to get em to fit right I believe. I had em professionally done...and they said they had some trouble.

i didnt think the perfects came in a 6x9, i thought they were strictly component and subs, but i could be wrong.

yeah, i was like "wait a sec"
the perfects are definitely nice, if i ever have reason to i might just go with a solid infinity system, they are definitely a good bang for the buck brand. |

yeh, but since i already have kappa's in the doors i might as well do the same in the back, im slowly trying to go from a ragtag mix-n-match system to a one/two brand system.
