GI: End of summer meet in A-town....

edit- THIS is now happening for sure..

When- Saturday Sept 9th...

PLAN- everyone meets at the Super Walmart parking lot (corner of Deep Lake Rd & Rte 173) at ~3:30 MAP

after we feel that no one else will show at the parking lot we caravan down to the beach (N. Champaign Dr.).. where I will have a grill and some food and drinks.. most everyone who's coming should have my # by now,in case they come late, if you dont and you are coming for sure please PM me.

there is a boat/jet ski launch for those who own either you can feel free to bring them...

we have a fire pit for when it gets later...

EVERYONE-if you are coming for sure PM me and let me know how many people are coming with you so I can make an official list of people coming and know how much food, drink and charcoal to buy.. also if you are planning on bringing anything (napkins, condiments, paper plates, etc..) please let me know..

I (MP Racing) will be offering $60 PCM tunes for cars I already have stock files for...

if there is anything that you would like to bring or add to the mix feel free as I am open to suggestions...

Gee I guess I'm the only one so far who is close enough to drive...but with work hinting about instituting a blackout during this orange alert I'd need a few weeks notice.

OT: Is there a Fall MGM? i've never had the chance to go to one and i thought I read somewhere that it's in the fall as well as spring.

I can make an Antioch meet. If this gets off the ground there are some over at GOAC that may make it too. Only been to one meet and we tried to do GLD but got rained out.

I had that stupid problem happen to me as well when I first joined. Good to know I was doing everything right and it wasn't my fault,

EDIT: I just looked at where the MGM is, ACK! Bit too far for me to travel, I'll need to try and get s small SE MI one setup, nothing fancy just everyone meet somewhere and BS for awhile
