Hey gang, found this on ministyle.com

Looks like the GA GXP engine bay. The headlights are exactly like ours. I cannot seem to find other pictures from the is car show with the GA in it. These were taken at SEMA in Las Vegas.

Wink No

Its the fact that it puts out 275hp that wonderfull!

The thing that strikes me the most is how production ready it looks. Everything is neat and clean and ready to hit the streets and whats strange is why would they take all that time on a 3.4L when the thing will not be in the next GA, could we be smelling some aftermarket stuff for our little 3.4 from GM?

A 275 HP GAGXP. The BGXP is going production and is expected next year. That's just under 300hp NA w/ the little Northstar.

Don't count on the GA GXP to go into production. Spoon has already said it's NO. Besides, the GA is expected to be all-new for 2005.

I recognize a lot of things under the hood, but I am not sure which car that is. If you look close it has a 4T65 in it because there is a red dip-stick againtst the front-of-dash. But I know where all of the 4T65 powertrains are, or at least I thought I did, and I don't recognize that color. I 've flashed all of them, and unless that is a repaint, I'm not sure which car that is.

Well, unless somebody found someone to make an identical front end to the GA GXP, repainted the entire car the matching color, bought the Mille Miglia's, and found an Eaton Magnuson SC somewhere..... I'd say it is the GAGXP or a twin they made.

Well since I am not sure what was done for SEMA I guess this could be any one of those cars repainted. I will ask tomorrow, I'm sure I can find out. The grills look like the same one used on the Soltice. Not sure who made them but I woud be willing to bet$$$$$$$$$$$

Like I said before, and I confirmed it this am, this isn't a "new" car, just a recycle set of hardware. You've seen it before, same body, new close that's all.

Darn, I knew I should have been an automotive engineer instead of an electrical engineer. Automotive engineers get to play!

Us power guys, we suppy the power for the automotive engineers to R & D.
