Anyone have their stock GT exhaust?

they used my car as the test mule, and it's done, just not on my car yet. (long and drawn out process partly due to me and partly due to pacesetter.)

You can order it now I'm sure, but it has yet to be installed on anyone's car.

It's a 2.5" setup with quad tips. When I get around to getting it on my car, I'll try and post sound clips, but it probably won't sound the same due to the fact that I have a 2.4 liter I-4 with a supercharger and header.

My advice. Call or email pacesetter. Order it. Install it. It's a very good price, and they are good people to deal with.

Yea but how can the exhaust be different from a v6? I mean its a catback right? Its only 200 bucks, I can order that right now, just for ****s and giggles, and be a test dummy bitch.

Oh I know it'll fit. That's why we took the time to get a stock GT muffler and tips. To make sure it'll even fit the gt rear fascia. I was just saying that the sound will be different due to the different engines.

Don’t mean to hijack the tread but on that same website, they have a universal magnaflow catalytic converter 53000 series for about 50 bucks. Is this a good item/price for a cat?… will it work on grand am?

look here, it says that this system is only to be used with the 2.2 and 2.4, it does not say anything about the 3.4 Litre.

It will work on all the engine sizes the same as any other cat-back for a GA.
Dont know why anyone would wanna put it on a GT though.

he has asserted his dominance over competing males with the loud masculine sound form his exaust system, Females searching for a potential mate will be driven away by weaker exaust systems and attracted to his SLP.

Only comes out one side.
It would make the rear look like its missing something.
It might look OK if you cut out the rear diffuser, even then it would still look funny.
