How do you not agree the stock manifold was NOT made to hold any type of boost.

Not to mention its very restricted stock manifold set up. Using the stock manifold is an easy way out that will cutt horsepower. Even with a correct tune your car will still run like total crap.

haha bumps like crazy. Shoot I would also be al over this, as for any questions on turbos that will work, Deek had a t3/t4 hybrid if i remember correctly from talking to him. as for the stock exhaust mani, all that you may want to do to help out flow since you will have pretty much everything disconnected near them is port match them to the gaskets, or take a dremel and sand em out a little, not a lot don't go crazy, it should help with flow, sorta, idealy. haha

New Car:2000 Z28 hardtop automatic, Cammed, lid, headers and full exhaust no cats, magnaflow cat back. Built trans and 3800 stall conveter. Runs 7.42 at 92.55 mph (it's a small cam 228/228 .588/.588 112 LSA) Pending a t56 manual swap and possible 6.0L with a turbo.

I know this is an OLD thread but the whole thread just made me laugh... how do you figure this stock manifold will be able to have good flow for a turbo.. explain please.
