my new Z28

ok, so ive been gone for a while long story, but i now have an 01 z28 with 10k miles. I suspect it was a granatelli car since it has their entire suspension, maf, and signed air lid, as well as the door jam also is signed. the car also has magnaflow catback, and i replaced the air lid with a full K&N intake system.

people say that its worse than the air lid that i have, so when i get it dynoed next week ill have them test it both ways.

Not wasting anytime getting started on this project. A system is pretty much standard in any car, at least for me . I'm sure it will look good, you have a good sense of taste, plus it seems like you have a good start.

thanks, i need to do the system soon beause this monsoon system SUCKS!!! one speaker is blown, and the rest just really suck. i find that i just leave the radio off and i listen to the engine, its much better sounding than music anyways.

oh, so i raced an srt8 charger tonight and we were neck and neck. with a shift kit and stall converter i would have had him.

hehe, oh yea, i forgot that im gonna build projector headlights and im doing HIDs. that will be a project under wraps since its gonna blow away anything seen today. my grand am experience is turning out to be very handy.

BTW im still aorund to help with GA stuff. im will never forget my roots. you guys are all my friends (er most of you, )

Projectors would look badass. I think a black/red theme would look really good. Window tint/tint the tails/dark rims

I would reccomend looking into the MTX 9500 10" sub, I have the 7500s in 12s and they are loud. I can only imagine the 9500 series.

3) i was actually thinking JL 8w7

oh, i just ordered MSD 8.5mm spark plug wires. my f-body friends say that wires will give a noticeable increase on the LS1.
