My SE goes up to 112 before it cuts out with the governer.
As for the not so loud exhaust I heard an alero with a Flowmaster 50 Series Delta on it and it gave it a nice tone and wasnt loud at all. Its the one that Im going to be getting once I get mine. |

On the PFYC site the only have pacesetter headers and they are only for 2.4. And your prices are a little low but other than that great job on the write up.

Pacesetter dosent make headers for the 3400 I contacted them about a month ago and they only have header for the 2.2 ecotec. I made a mistake on the prices, I forgot they were US, sorry.

yah, well pace setter used to make headers for the 3400, i guess not for too long, there are a few threads on here that some guys bought them. i saw it on there not too long ago, but i guess they took it off. and they also make em for the 2.4, but that still dont help the v6 bunch

IIRC they never made headers for the 3400.

I was just thinking of that... RSM is still listed (now zSpec, and I'm sure there are plenty of people who will say don't buy from them), Donkey Punch Perf is still listed and has been shut down for over 7 months now... I'm sure there is more, but those are 2 that I saw and jumped out at me.

Yeah, problem is people can only edit their own posts unless they are a moderator. Seems like a lot of the people responsible for putting up some of these FAQ's and top quarter times etc either aren't around much anymore or don't come to this site at all anymore. IMO they ought to just take the relevant info from them and put them in a new sticky and delete the old ones.
edit: after going and reading thru the first post there really is quite a bit of info that's out of date or just inaccurate. We really should just start over.

Starting over might be the fastest and smartest way to go. This time, more links to websites would work, that way people wouldn't ask where to find that specific piece and make the thread longer.

Well, links to websites help, but for people who are on the cheap a proper write up of... ex. how to make your own cold air intake. Not a cheap cold air intake, but a proper one, with measurements for specific parts, potential substitutions, where to take to get welded, etc.
