I am new to the site. I got my 04 GT on the 3rd of January, and I am soo excited about it. I have always really liked these. I am tryin to get used to this site, but I am usually browsing nloc.net like this cuz of my boyfriend's truck.

Nice GA, your bf has a really nice truck to. I cant tell from the picture, is that the lightning or just a front bumper on an f-150?

welcome, i wish i had started with the SC/T package. its costin me tons just to get to that point. anyway, car looks nice. post any future plans/mods you are thinkin about.

. Yes, its a 99 Lightning. Thats his toy and he helped me get mine. I am not really sure what I want to do with it. We go to some local hangouts during the summer with the truck, but I will definitely be taking the GT there. The first thing was the tint, then the plates,

. I like speed, but money is an issue, so I am always open to new ideas. I just got a sticker for the front window, nothing horrible, so as soon as I can get it put on, I will post a new pic and see what you all think. Let me know about some mods that you know about and that would help performance and/or looks.

Ok, I am goin to assume that amber overlays means clearing out the parking lights, which does sound good. Are there alot of different kinds of grill inserts? Won't that keep air from getting under the hood a bit? I know a little bit about cars, but not an extreme amount so please bear with me.

Amber overlays go over the orange (amber) on the corner of your headlights.

If you think that putting in the grill inserts will limit your "Ram Air" it wont. Ram air does basically nothing for your car. Its pretty much just a sales gimmic (sp?)

I have the grill inserts on mine and basically it helps the car. Keeps the big bugs and what not out.

thanks for the links, i checked them out with my honey so now the wheels are turning on what we are gonna do with her. He is getting ready to get a custom paint job on the truck, so the gt will have to wait for now, but its good to get ideas.
