yeah maybe. i just figured it was best for me, since im on my way to germany.
the autobahns are nice, but other than that the roads are kinda crappy. just wanna make sure i'll be riding comfortably.

and about those damn rivets, you just cant escape them.
I don't know if you've been to Germany before but from experience let me tell you the autobahns are NOT as good now (like they used to be in the late 80's). Lots of quality problems and increased truck traffic beat the sh*t out of alot of them.

As for the normal highways being "crappy", well I don't think they are worse than some of those Georgia roads I was on in the 90's or highways out in the western US even today.

As for the 17's your choice but not my taste.

Don't know where your going in Germany but best of luck. If you end up stationed near Hanau/Frankfurt/Wiesbaden we might hook up sometime. See ya on the autobahn !!

and for the record. SLP exhaust still sucks (good to see it discontinued), and so do Eibachs.

last time i was up there was in 03 and the autobahn where still ok. but i mainly just went down A3 coming from belgium to k-towt/ramstein or landstuhl. went out to vilseck and graf. I guess none of this sh1t matters anywaysss. but i should be going to landstuhl this time, but you know how it is right. we'll probably run in to each other in heidelburg or something.

LMAO!!!!

Seriously though 18's are the way to go. You can still get a very very comfortable ride with them. In fact I think my 18s ride much much softer then the horrible tires I had on the 15s when I bought the car.

This is a sign from above.

Cancel order, move on to different wheels that are 18's.
