you did that time with just a intake, cutout and tune?? i hate my car.. i did 15.195 with intake/headers/exhaust.. congrats on the new PB btw.. and how does one do 15.15 and 15.85 in the same night

or was that the run you couldn't get traction??

Wow a 15.19 with headers and stuff? Hmm something isn't right there... Anyways thanks for the congrats. The 15.8 was the bad traction run. I suspect it was the guy in the dodge magnum messing up the track though. He kept backing into the water pit to spin his street tires... Though I think he was the one with the 13.9 run.

well hopefully i can hit 14s this sunday with the addition of dhp and ffp.. we're going to byron if you would want to go to the track again so soon the more the merrier

i was planning on leaving my house sometime between 8:30-9 so getting there around 9:20-9:50? i'll post more info friday or saturday in the Chicago area trip to Byron thread

Actually a Friday this time. It was kinda unplanned. Joe (Gizmo0815) and I met up at GLD and did a few runs. Unfortunately today was an off day for both of us. Though it was nice to see a few other GA's there too. Anywho my best run for the night was a miserable 15.37. Most of the night I was running consistent 15.4s. It may have been a heat issue causing the times to be so bad was the general consensus.

It would have been interesting to see what I would've run with the cutout closed but I'm still waiting on the repairs for it. We'll see if the guy actually honors his warranty claims or not. I do miss the cutout though...it was fun...

Well that's all for tonight. I'll post up some slips tomorrow if I think of it. Joe feel free to throw in some slips that I didn't run with you in (if you want).

ya its late ill get all the slips posted up when i can my best was somwhere in the 15.6s temp wasnt great and it was humid so it was really holding each of us back. but either way was fun and ill make another attempt come july during the chicago meet.

I love bumping my own thread for this...again.

Alrighty. Next week tuesday...the 17th. If the weather report holds true and no rain is forecast that day I'm gonna head up to Great Lakes Dragaway. I'd like to get up there say around 6:30-7:00ish. So that means I'll be leaving from my place around 5:00-5:30ish.

Anyone who wants to join the fun is welcome. Feel free to post up.

I wish the edens didnt suck so much. I get home from work between 4 and 5 usually, but the drive is going to take 2+ hours with traffic and construction.
