Haha, well luckily I live in california and when I wash my car it stays clean for a week or more, in summer I wash it about every 2 weeks. No dirt roads around me . Im debating whether or not to keep my rims I got now to throw on the Gt. Or should I sell em and get different ones, I'm undecided but I love these rims and dont wanan part with them : ( I have good credit at a local tire shop where I got mine and could finance some new ones. But Idk if I want a rim bill on top of a new car payment :P

Check last post for a pic of mine. See the dirt on the bottom?? Thats literally 3 days after a car wash with no rain or puddles on the ground.

Good news My mom just helped me get approved for a loan to get a new car, so within the next few days I will have a new 03 White Gt Coupe, it has 25k miles on it I am going to buy that, then put everything on my new car from old grand am, then sell my old one. I wanted that Yellow Goat, on the way home from my insuarnce place just now I saw a yellow one, and it looked nice in the pictures, but in person I thought the color looked really bad...

Same, also, my mom is good friends with our insurance guy and luckily my tickets arent affecting me anymore so full coverage on this car is going to be 170 a month, with a payment of about 250 a month. I'm sure I will be able to pay it off pretty quick, (2-3 years). I just wish I coulda found one the same color as Josh's

Yea I love that dark green on a GA. Its hot as hell.

Any pics of yours yet?

Damn with the insurance. With a wreck (my mom was driving my car) my full coverage was 120.

No pics as of yet, on the website there is just a stock picture but I have called and talked to the guy a few times, theres no history of problems and the title is clear so I think all systems are go.

Well, I am now a member of the Gt family. The car is gorgeous. 03 White Gt Coupe with 25K miles on it. They are delivering it to me tomorrow all detailed and a full tank of gas, I couldnt be happier. We talked him down to 12.5K and then after taxes and stuff the car was 13.5K, I love it. Pics will be up tomorrow.

Thanks man. Yea the price was good for only 25 thousand miles on it, and I got a 3 year 24k mile warranty. What makes it a Gt1? I never knew what the numbers were about. The name of the car on the site was "03 grand am gt1" but there is no sc/t hood, or sunroof, so idk?

Ouch no sunroof??? So it doesnt have radio controls on the steering wheel either then does it?

Basically it just adds stuff to the package.

You getting the SC/T kit ASAP?

No no sunroof . I wanted one, but I can live without it. No, no steering wheel controls. Well, first I must sell my old car, and save a little money, I'd say within 6 months the sc/t kit will be on. As far as power goes, this thing sh!ts on my Se. I know it says they only have 5 more horsepower stock, but this thing is way quicker then my Se. This week I will be taking off the springs and rims from my Se and puttin them on the Gt. And within 2-3 weeks I wil lget tint. omg im so excited!
