This is what i plan to put in my car this summer. I'm open to suggestions, but please dont flame me for my opinions of brands. give advice to persuade me to change my mind.

Pioneer DEH-5900iB Head Unit
Pioneer iPod Cable

Infinity Refrence 4x6 plate speakers
JBL GTO 6x9 3-ways

Kicker 10" Subs in Vented Box

Profile AP600 for JBL 6x9s
Profile AP1000 for subs

ok but besides the radio.....speakers, subs amp.....what do u guys recomend?

I had a Profile AP700M and hated it.
What kicker subwoofers are you looking to get? I have CVR12s and they're perfect for me with a Lanzar vibe1800D
Also if I were you I wouldn't focus on amping the 6x9s especially since you're adding subwoofers. I'd amp the 4x6s.

Just my .02.

yea they are...not even CEA rated. the subs im lookin at are CVRs 10s in the kicker box. but that would be extra if i needed more low end out of the speakers

i for one am not a kicker fan my personal faves are jl and alpine and memphis had all of them and sony and all are good no problems

If your interested I have a Mint Condition 10" Kicker Comp VX In a Kicker ported box. Its a great sub and hits HARD. If you interested in buying it let me know. Im asking $220 shipped for it, or throw me some offers. I also have a Kenwood KDC-X790 for sale. Great Headunit. Let me know if your interested in aything. Also have some wiring etc.

ive looked at online car stereo.
not sure on what size of woofer.
i wanted to spend less than 600 for subs, box and amp all together.
i thought of Type-Es or Xplods

I have 12 Type R, and its amazing. I havnt had anything else, besides MTX and im buch happier with Alpine's offering.

Don't make your choice based on what people tell you to get on here. Sure, it's quality stuff but go out and listen to different things to assure you like the sound.

i did mean Type-Es. but ive only heard them once. and im not out to spend ~150 for a single Type-R.

Ive heard Sony, Pioneer, Type-Es, Infinity, Kicker, all with the same amp as the brand of sub

What kicker subwoofers are you looking to get?
