Wow I've REALLY liked the orginal G8 ever since we first started talking about it and read I about it in Motor Trend. BY the time I'm looking at getting one in 2-3 years this GXP variant should hopefully be out and ready to be in my garage!

**(crosses fingers)**

thats the same price the monaro sold in the UK .

was the Pontiac GTO that much ?

no.

will you folks buy them now , or will it sell for a couple of years only to be discontinued ? like the Goat .

trunk issue has been fixed (holds more than a 300)

back seat access has been addressed (4 doors)

and more aggressive looks , but without needing a mullet to suit.

and they even made the twin port grill look secsay

1. This isn't a surprise, I said a while back the GXP would be the HSV.

2. You won't get in this car for less than $40,000 (you'll be looking at $33-35,000 for a GT).

So he let me test drive one... Too bad he came with me, haha.
Only got the chance to slam down the pedal once =(

Although, once was enough to make a mess out of my pants -.-
