i see people sell GT tips 2 pairs..

but
if u look at the back of the gT each Pipe has its own little hole ( 4 diff holes )

and theres only 2 tips

dont really get that.. how would i cut them off then weld on the tips?

Tips sound fine? They are just for looks, they dont do anything else but look neat/cool.

Sounds like an exhuast is a bit over your head.

A pipe comes off each side of the muffler, then that pipe splits into two outlets, where the GT tips are... It is like a Y

you can see it on some of the bottom ones:


So you would cut off right before it becomes a Y and then weld the new tips there. There won't be any change in sound though, only appearance.

I think hes referring to the drivers side. Youre right, the right side is a pipe that splits into 2 tips. You can just cut it back and use another style. On the left, however, there are actually 2 different pipes coming right from the muffler, so you cant just put one pipe there.

it would have to be number 29

i still want that " Dual " look..


as long as it looks good, the stock just looks Terrible and for some reason Rusts?....
