Everybody likes Grand Am pics, right?

So today I finally washed and detailed my car for the first time in a long time. I intended to yesterday but I got tired and only did the interior.

It's at 106,7xx right now. Not bad for that mileage if you ask me. Going in for a coolant flush soon, getting a new fuel filter (I'm praying that it's not a fuel pump causing my hard starting issue now and then), and it's getting the brakes done tomorrow. No more squeakage FTW.

So far this has been a damn good car.

Here's what I started with yesterday:

And what I ended up with today:

^^My current desktop background.

^^Not bad for needing a claying.

Scratches? From my fingers? As far as I can tell there aren't any.

And yes the car is stock. *gasp* And yes it'll probably stay that way. *even bigger gasp*

Yes, you grind the dirt into the paint work when you do that.

^^Thanks. Okay so I won't write in the dirt anymore. Scratches FTL.

Anyway, as far as "mods" go, the ones I have planned are few and far between. They include: new tint, cold air intake, and a windshield banner of some type.

I'm not trying to "stick out". I just don't have all that much money right now, and I also don't want to put a lot of money into a car and then get tired of it or lose it like I did with my last car.

This Grand Am has everything I want as is, so I don't really have that much motivation to go and start changing everything. Mostly what I wanna concentrate on is maintanence and keeping it running good.

Running WELL.

May I suggest some overlays from www.grafxwerks.com? They will make your car look much better without taking a dent out of your wallet.

The picture with the caption "mean" would look even more mean if you would only have your parking lights on, and not your headlights....just my opinion

Those are nice. I'll definitely look into that in a couple of weeks, when I'll have money saved up. I also want a subtle windshield banner, and a shorter antenna. A cold air intake would be sweet too, but dang they're kinda expensive.
