Zapco AG 350 High Performance Amp

The amp is an old school Zapco AG 350 High performance amp. It is 350 watts, more info on the specs can be found at zapco.com under the heritage link. The model number is ag350. I received this amp when I bought my Jeep about a year ago. It was mounted on the back of a sealed box with 2 12" JL W0's. I am looking to sell them together but might also part them since the enclosure is pretty big and won't fit in a GA trunk. I also have this posted on some other forums, so offer up. I would also like to sell this locally.

How much do you want for just the amp? I'm in Albany, so shipping wouldn't be too much...

Is it a 350 Watt mono block? Or 2 channel? Is that 350 watts peak power or RMS?

I am in the process of working out a deal with a local guy for $200 for the setup. But he is not sure if he wants the box because of its size. So I will get back to you, guessing maybe $130 shipped but I want to get better shipping estimates before I finalize that.
