Heh, ok. You don't seem to get how rude and offensive your comments are sometimes, even though you claim their made out of 'honesty' although your comments aren't always.

it just gets irritating when your double posting and asking question even the retards at best buy would be able to answer correctly. (no offense intended to anyone that works at best buy, maybe just the one by me is excpetionately bad).

-i was there with a freind for his car this weekend. first they sold us the wrong 6x9s, they wouldnt fit. so we went back for some 6.5s. the douche handed us 5.25s, of course we didnt notice until we got back to my place to install em. ughhhhhhh

Wel lthis is why he may take offense to it, you basically just said someone who is retarded is smarter then him, but then say you bought something basically without looking at it.

well come on, wouldnt u just EXPECT them to get the right stuff for u? plus it was late at nite and we were already tired and pissed as ever. besides, basically everything he's asked about, has already been discussed somewhere along the line

Isn't it annoying when you answer someone and they ask you the same question without even reading your first reply? He must've learned from you.
http://www.grandamgt.com/forum/showt...127#post892127

And then attack the person that tried to point you in the right direction? It's amazing ANYONE even tries to help you anymore.

thats not really a valid point cuz the pictures from your thread (decent how to tho i will say on how to dynamat or w.e your door) dont really give a good image of how/where you put the screws for the mounts. and as far as the 2nd link goes, the pictures dont work.
i guess what im getting at is, the questions he's asking are all pretty cut and dry. get the harness for your vehicle, any head unit will work in just about any car, use a headphone adapter to play your non-ipod mp3 player in your car.

Sorry you're oh so smart and find other questions irritating and annoying, oh brilliant one.

This is where I say something called being helpful is much better than arrogance. Just because your install went oh so great and you did it all yourself doesn't mean that other people don't have questions so that they can install it themselves.

And I was asking if the harness would work with our vehicle. Get the point? Cut and dry questions make the answer EASIER. So your saying that no one should ever have a cut and dry question? Cut and dry question are the easiest ones to answer, you don't have to give detail or depth but apparently you can't even handle that.

Edit: And one last comment for you. You know how much easier it is to say the answer, IF you truly know it, then telling someone to search for it and then ensuing in a lovely bickering battle? It saves time on both persons parts.

so to boil down all the bickering for those of use who just want the answer.... if ur going to replace JUST the headunit AND want to keep the wheel controls, you need a $60 harness that you can find at best buy and the head unit of your choice. And this is true for monsoon and Delco as long as you are keeping the stock speakers. correct me if im wrong... im just trying to extract what i think is most helpful according to the title of the thread.
