aww you ruined all the fun we were having. oh well, back on topic. someone over on gaowner's club said that if i get a yellow top in there it will hit harder and of course look better. is that BS or is there some truth to that? cuz i am sorta kinda in the market for a battery as it is.

haha, its ok. so is there any thruth in that at all? the current battery of about 4 months now i dont have much faith in. i only paid 40 bucks for it cuz the one before it was faulty. and i can only wait until it hits 15 degrees outside and when i go to start my car at 645 it won't start probly. id defintely have more faith in a deep cycle.

Get the yellow top Optima battery. You won't regret it.

so how does this sound. i keep my current battery for a starter battery, but then put the optima in the trunk. i'll wire em together so the ohm load will average out. would i be ahead at all? or just toss the optima up front and FOCK the interstate battery i got in there now

haha right....thats like 350 dollars in batteries alone... i'd be prbly best off with like u said focking the interstate POS and get a yellow top and a HO alternator. i just hate spending money on that kind of stuff. its like buying tires, no one sees it haha

That's the freakin truth, just like an intake...no one sees it unless you show someone.

but at least with an intake it sounds cool. i freaking love hitting it now with it on, sounds like i got a v8 under my hood haha. too bad it still only runs on 6 cylindars... i dont know tho what im gonna do about a battery yet. i might have it tested and if its still somewhat ok, ill leave it and just get a yellow top for the back. cuz i do play my system enough with the car off and everytime i pray the car will start. as of late iv gotton smart and just hooked up the battery charger

You thin kthat until you get a new exhaust then you barely hear your CAI . But the muffler + cai combined sounds pretty good.
