Get a nice house and a sky redline. If you go used, GM's certified used 07's have a 100k mile warranty. investing/real estate > buying a new car.

I would also suggest opening a Roth IRA, and putting 5-10k in it. If you lose your ass later in life, you'll at least have that to retire on.

Also, you may want to consider doing something noble with the money... there are tons of programs out there where you just buy a plane ticket and they put you up- go to Ecuador and build houses for people who couldn't even imagine a 3-4 bedroom house, or go to Africa and teach children English. If anything, it will put the necessity of a "new" car and big house in perspective.

Not to start another flame war, but they are still too much money.

Especailly with the CHALLENGER looming and the CAMARO around the corner. My guess is once the gouging settles you will be able to but a pretty stripped Z28 for ALMOST the same coin some ppl are asking for their 05 and 06's right now.

That is one of the cheaper ones I have seen for that mileage/price/year. People on the GTO forum would want close to $30,000 for that car. Not saying they would get it, but they would ask.

people there are starting to realize the real price. You can easily score a low mileage '06 there now for $23.5 to $24k with only a bit of haggling. There's always going to be a few who "just don't get it".

Hell, we even have some retards here who come on thinking their GAGT is worth $10k+
