The reservations are under Seth Cohen. There are a few types of rooms

2 Bedroom Suite – 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 couch/sofabed $133.99/night

2 Bedroom Suite – 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 1 couch/sofa bed $133.99/night

1 Bedroom Suite – 1 king bed, 1 couch/sofabed $109.99

1 Bedroom suite – 1 queen bed, 1 couch/sofabed $109.99/night

Studio – 1 bed and 1 couch/sofabed in the same room $94.99/night


You need to call in and ask for one of the suites reserved for Seth Cohen on Nov 9th-10th, and that you would like to change it to your name and guarantee the suite with your credit card.

The rooms are reserved for both nights of the 9th and 10th. Unless you say otherwise they will book you for both nights, so if you are only staying one night, say so when you call

The hotel has my name and contact information, and I live locally. Please, do not wreck anything / get in trouble with the local authorities as I will probably get flack for it. Sure, we are going to have a blast, just be reasonable and nondestructive…. Thanks J



Schedule of Events

Friday, November 9th

Everyone arrives in to the area and meets up at the hotel. For those that are interested, we will be taking a little tour around Philadelphia, seeing the sights, eating the food, etc… In the evening we will head over to Dave and Busters for a bit to play some games, hang out, etc. At night, all are welcome back at Seth and Matt’s apartments to party a little. This way, people may leave and go to sleep whenever they wish. There will be DD’s available for going back and forth to the hotel safely. Remember, we have to wake up early on Saturday.

Day of the Show -- Saturday, November 10th

We will be up bright and early and hitting the road NO LATER than 8:30 AM!!!! We will leave directly from the hotel, and that’s where we will meet everyone else that is just coming for the show that wishes to caravan with us. The gates open at 8:00 and we don’t want to be late. Atco’s web site is www.atcorace.com . IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE LOT BY 8:30 AM WE WILL LEAVE WITHOUT YOU. THE DIRECTIONS ARE BELOW, IN CASE YOU OVERSLEEP.

Saturday evening, we will be grilling at the hotel in the courtyard and having dinner together. If you do not wish to participate, no hard feelings, there are plenty of local restaurants. More information about food and cost will be gathered on Friday night but I expect it to be at or less than $5 a head.

At night, well, it will be party time, Philly crew style.

Sunday, November 11th

Checkout time from the hotel is 12 Noon. Everyone is more than welcome to come over to Seth and Matt’s if they don’t wish to leave town at noon. We’ll be cooking out some more, watching football, and just hanging out. If anyone wants to stay until Monday and want to crash at Matt or Seth’s place than just ask. Also, the track is open again on Sunday, so if people want to go back and race, that’s a possibility as well.

Directions to the Atco Raceway

(This is if you are just going straight to the track, no caravan, etc..)

Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 4 or Rt. 295 north to Exit 36A.

Take Rt. 73 south 10 miles to Berlin Circle (which is now no longer a circle. Stay left to stay on 73 south .

After the circle go to second traffic light which is 534, stay right and follow signs for Atco Raceway (it will take you on a jughandle and make a left across 73) .

Take 534 east 3 miles to track.

From the New Jersey Turnpike / 295

Take either the NJTP, Exit 4, or 295, Exit 36, to 73 South

From Philadelphia

Ben Franklin Bridge to 30 (left at the bottom) to 38 EAST.
38 East, stay in the middle lane as you pass the Cherry Hill Mall.
About 1.5 miles past the mall, you'll pass 41 and start to see signs for 73 south. Directly in front of the Acura dealer, is the ramp for 73 south. Take it, stay left for 73 south. See below

Betsy Ross Bridge / Tacony Palmyra Bridge to 73 South – see below

ONCE ON 73 South

Stay in the middle lane until it becomes 2 lanes, then stay right. About a mile south of the 295 / Turnpike Entrances you will see a sign for Bennigans and Howard Johnson. Turn in to the Bennigans lot and go behind it to get to the Staybridge.

IF YOU SCREW UP AND MISS THE ENTRANCE

Make a right at the light for Church Road about a ½ mile past the Hojo (there is a Diner at the corner), and take Church road for about a half mile. The Staybridge will be on the right.

DON’T FORGET!!!!

-Thermal clothes.. socks, underwear, etc.. it may be cold and we’ll be outside all day Saturday!

-Cleaning supplies for car

-Racing stuff, any special tools you may need

-Helmet if you have one, or you can rent one at the track for $3
