2 12's or 1 15?

Right now i have 2 12" Kicker cvrs and im debating on selling them to get 1 15" kicker L7. What do you guys think about that idea. Is 1 15 better than 2 12's? I listen to my music laud and i like heavy bass, should i go for the 15 or what?

imo i'm pretty sure the L7 would be louder. there a very loud sub, they just dont sound all that great.

1 15inch sub has a greater surface area then 2 12" subs. I would go with the L7.

i would go with a 15, just not a L7. check out Lanzar 15s (jake seems happy with his) or other competition brands.

If your going with a round sub get a diamond audio sub. You can beat the hell outta them and they hold up great. Not to mention they sound awsome. You will pay for them tho.

heh^ gotta pay to play . personally i would never go with a "name brand" outfit for subs and amps. Kicker, RF, sony (well duh there) etc etc. you can do better, for the same or sometimes even less money and you will get a product that will hold up better and sound better than the mainstream brands. anyone seriously into car audio that knows anything will agree to that too.

15= ~176 sqin
2 12's= ~226 sqin

So the 15 has less..but it's still a significantly large area.

I personally started with two twelves, I miss my trunk space. I'm going to a nice shallow mount 15, I expect to get back TONS of trunk space and still blow the 12s out of the water.

Trunk space is nice.

Are you fu&*in retarded.. gotta play to pay... coming from someone that doesnt want to pay. Then you come off with that lame post there. You need to read, watch and learn before you open your mouth.

You stay in your cheap world.

Here is a qtip, use it to dry the wetness behind the ears ....

dude, your 37, you have a CAREER (i hope). im stuck detailing cars at 8 dollars an hour (not bad money actually for a 17 year old) but you can afford to drop 2-300 dollars on speakers. i think i have a pretty nice system for a 17 year old to be driving around with. you must have no respect and are just one of those ignorant people that believe what ever they think is correct and their stuff is the greatest. I'm open to other people' s thinking and brands. Hense why I got my ass out of best buy and into different brands that would own anything best buy could dream of selling.
