you would need an adapter like these

and ds2 bulbs like these

and yes aiming sucks, my bi xenons i had all aimed, fiberglassed and painted, then found out that somewhere along the lines one got tilted downwards and well i had to redo the whole thing just to adjust it

ok so they dont make that adapter for 9007 bulbs huh. So it would be buying new HID bulbs and those adapters which i could use with the ballast from Oznium no?

You would have to find the adapters that would work with ozniums ballasts. lots of kits have different amp plugs

Well im thinking about maye trying it. I think im gonna get the clear lense headlights so im might try it on my old set to see how well it works/if i can even do it. But i dont wanna spend a ton of money cuz my car has like 3k left on it then im getting rid of it.

So in a nutshell(speaking in easy terms), i buy the projector lenses, cut holes in the back of the headlights so they fit inside the lens, calk them in or whatever so they stay, get that adapter, connect it to my oznium ballasts, buy the correct bulbs for that adapter, the adapter plugs into the projector, i aim them, and i have a good day?

in theory, yes but you will need to cover the projector with some sort of shroud, or light will escape and you will get glare, also it astecically will not look good. also aiming sucks hardcore because the projector needs to be absolutely level and straight, if not the cutoff will be crooked/tilted.

Are those mounted with one screw on the bottom? How did you go about aiming them? They look great!

The closer the projector is to the lens of the light, the better the output. Also avoiding cutting at all possibility is key. Both my retros fit like stockers with no cutting.

check out hidplanet.com if you want more info

The projectors arent mounted yet...Im going to use hot glue to hold them while aiming them, and then use ubweld to do the final mounthing.

I do not have the clear lense, That is something that i would consider doing in the future, it would only involve taking the housing lense off right?

Boost21, what did you use/how did you make a shrowd for yours. Can you post a pic of your final product?

I would not reccomend using hot glue due to the fact that when its done the glue wont stand up to heat and can cause issues down the road

Clear lense swap consists of getting new lenses for the projectors, due to the fx/g35 projectors haveing unclear/frensel lenses. Also you can use a spacer on the lense to get more color. Im sure if you ask eric about he can fill you in. I know hes a big poster on hidplanet. My shrouds were made of fiberglass and body filler. real pain in the arse to get looking good. im still unsure if im going to cover up the amber. I will start a thread in a lil bit with pix and stuff.

also due to the projectors size, aiming sucks. I had to entirely redo my passenger side, and had it perfect, but when it was all said and done it was a bit towards the drivers side instead of being low(as before)

the hot glue is just to hold while aiming....as will be replaced 5 min after aiming with jbweld. Im not sure if im going to make shrows yet or just paint everything flat back and just cover up any light leaks. Yea start a thread, i'd like to see how yours look. My plans for the amber is tinting it from the inside, just the reflector, so it still has an orange look, looks kinda darker, I think it would end up looking good.

So G35 projectors are the best fitment choice... any others that can be done with relative lack of frustration?

g35's / any other bixenon are almost always going to be bigger than nonbixenon. But as far as bixenon, i would have tho think g35 or fx45 would be the way to go. Only ones that have been done so far...well almost.

Whoops... for Non-bi, the best lens for just a HID setup (no hi-beams), what's easiest?

Thx
