KYB AGX/Eibach Crew: Day to Day settings?

Just got the AGX's installed. So far so good, Dampening is noticeable better than GR'2's, but definetly not close to stock springs/strut comfort. I'm not going to beat on the car too hard for a while to let these suckers get broken in...

Question.. What setting do you leave the car at for day to day city driving? Im on 1front two back.

In case anyone has questions about not knowing what setting your on the number on the dial will always match the setting no matter if you spin the shaft a hundred times in any direction. As long as you push and turn the setting should be solid.

Gracias..

I usual run 2 front and back. I enjoy the stiff/comfort setting for zipping around town. When the ladys in the car or more then one person i run 1 front and back. For autocrossing i run 4 or sometimes 3 just depends on the corners.

So far so good.. I was at first dissapointed that the "soft" setting still lets the car bounce a bit.. Not as bad as my worn GR2's but still noticeable.. Small bumps are much less noticeable than before and that was my main issue with the GR2's.. No more clunking which is a huge plus +++...

My front right strut is a bit squeaky so Im keeping my ear out for a mount issue or just readjusting the new rubber insulators.. My steering is smooth so I'm not sure if its worth the effort to remove, reinstall, and realign the mounts.... Oh well..

snow tires and chains will definitely give you better traction on snow and ice.

Yeah, struts don't really "break in" like an engine or brakes. Put 'em on and go.

Probably not. They are different chassis's so there are probably differences in the strut. Different length, mounting bracket, or a dozen other possibilities.

just curious: have any of you experienced some of the clunks people get after getting new springs/struts?
