You might have had your injectors cleaned... when they hook up that pressurized bottle and run the car off it, it's well worth $65

I just put sea foam in through my PCV valve for the first time. Letting it sit so I can smog the neighborhood
![]() Once you start the car again, should I drive it around until it stops smoking, or just let it run in the driveway?

Never mind, I did both. Revved it in the drivewy for a min or two then took it on the expressway real quick so I could open it up.
Wow what a difference. Didn't get as much smoke as I thought, but man the idle is smoother and pick up is way better. Also put new delco plugs and a new gatorback belt on today. Plan on putting some in the tank at the next fill up, then doing the oil next time I am close to a change.

I did this on my grand prix a little while ago. Did the complete treatment with adding seafoam to the oil, gas, and in the intake. Does seem to drive a little smoother now. I also didn't get as much smoke for as long as I thought it would, but it did smoke a decent amount for about a minute. Biggest problem I had was keeping the engine running with the tube off the intake manifold so I could pour the right amount of the seafoam in (I used a funnel with a rubber hose on the end). It made a TPS fault code show up in the pcm cause it kept revving and stalling on me, but I cleared it. Not sure on the overall results of this stuff 'cause I haven't really kept track of my gas mileage or anything.

I just poured it in a cup and had the wife keep the revs up while I submerged the PCV valve.
