It doesnt seems logical to me so....why?

You just dropped a couple G's on your GTP and Saturn and now you traded it in for a GXP?

Is it because it's endorsed by Fiddy??

I'm with sik, I love the gxp's and all but you have got to be kidding me on how you spend your money. I just don't get how you can justify these car purchases?

Well simple
$2000 GM Card earnings
$2000 Factory earnings
$1000 GM current owner cash
$700 my down payment
The dealer gave me $16,500 for my G6 GTP so it was higher than what I owed GMAC on it and my payments are cheaper.

Does the GXP have the same powertrain as the GTP?

Don't start with me. It was a valid question. She just got her GTP less than a year ago and is trading it in for an almost identical car. Just wanted to know the reasoning behind it.

after buying a winter beater (which raises the question..why buy a car in the winter that won't be used in the winter..) that wasn't a great deal to begin with.

just weird..

hmmm yeah I think so. Pontiac's website says its a 252hp 3.5. The 3.9 had 260hp, but the trans was a 4speed I think. The 3.5 has a 6speed auto which actually sounds pretty sweet.

I got my GTP back on December 2, 2005. I made 25 payments on it to GMAC.

I work with a guy who bought an Evo 8 when they first came out. Hardly drove it, then just over a year later traded it for an Evo 9 MR, put less than 2000 miles on it and traded it ten months later for a Charger SRT8...We give him sh!t about it all the time.

Its nice , but I don't like the bumpers on them its, smiling at me....here its a $38,000 car....but I just read high perforance pontiacs and in 30 years the GXP editions is going to be a collectors due to low production of GXP's ( Grand Prix, Torrent. , Solstice, G6 and Bonneville)

Who's starting? It's really none of your business what she does with her money.

Quit fockin' arguin with me unless you want to get dinged for post whoring. I said nothing about her spending habits it was a perfectly reasonable question on why she traded in a brand new car for a brand new car. You know what they say about assuming...it makes an out of you and.... Well yeah. That's about it.

Nice car GTLUVA- hope you decide to hang onto this one.

Did you part out and sell the kit you had on the GTP?
