So she was not upside down on the loan for the G6 GTP.
& they give her some money towards the G6 GXP.
But depreciation is a bitch.

So G6 GXP = more money.

But it is her money, so as long as GTLUVA is happy with it.
(& doesn't whine/complain that she has no money.)



So she paid 25x$478 in monthly payments ($11,950) + the downpayment on her G6 GTP.
The dealer gave her $16,500 on her G6 GTP - the balance on the original loan.

So therefore, it cost her for 25 months of ownership on the G6 GTP:
25 monthly payments ($11,950) + the original downpayment on the G6 GTP - trade-in amount given ($16,500) + the cost of the remaining balance on her GMAC loan.

weird pose thats for sure. Definitly a goofy photo, but hey at least we have a face to associate with her now! Like someone else said at least she was brave enough to post it on this forum.

My only problem with the GXP she bought is jealousy...wish I had that kinda money that when a new car that is out that I like better than my current vehicle I could just make the switch and not have to suffer the payments. I'm not going to hold that against her, however.

The GXP really is only an appearance package in comparison to last years, but if you look at pontiac's site, its the complete replacement for the GTP. The GTP trim is no longer offered. They probably should of waited to release the 3.6 motor untill the GXP, but other than that, at least you can FINALLY tell a difference between it and the G6 V6/GT model.

I really can't blame her for trading in the old GTP model for the GXP model. that 3.6 is the future, and the 3.9 is the past. more HP and better fuel economy with less of a payment, and to top it off a better looking car overall!

Wish I was as fortunate. I'll be stuck with my cavie untill 2012! Can't complain too much, still under 30,000 miles at this point

I'm happy I have life besides the internet world. I'm starting to realize why people are so dumb with each other. Who cares what you buy? Just as long as the repo man doesn't come you are good to go. Well I'm happy I had a good weekend off and I wasn't cruizing the internet world for it. Somebody hacked into my myspace webpage e-mailed all my friends obscene messages.
