2008 Summer/Fall meet in A-town
Gonna do it again this year... will be August 8th-10th
I want to do a meet and greet on the first day for those making the drive (probably hit the track same day) So far this is what I have planned... FRIDAY - meet up with everyone/hang out.. fix/prep our rides for the track... eat/shoot the ****... later on hit the drag strip (www.greatlakesdragaway.com)... even later who knows... SATURDAY - Meet up with those who didnt make it Friday/detail.... I will be BBQing and we will have the car show off... later will be the Dog & Suds Cruise In and Kick A**... after which I am sure there will be plenty of "fun stuff" we end up doing... SUNDAY - Everyone meets up for the last time... I think the basic premise as last year will work out really well. Also, another trip to Dogs and Suds (was it?) on a drive up night would be cool too

yea and it was a bit of a drive... but at that time what is now the comfort inn was someother hotel that had shut down before our meet was held so there was no way to get rooms there.. BUT as you can see in my last post rooms are fairly decent in price to begine with so I highly doubt you will be paying 180 per night by esp if other room with you.. unless you are getting a suite for youself
but yea once we are closer to settled on dates I will be talking to them about a discounted rate for us

I would kinda like a better idea of who may or may not be coming but I think its a bit soon to have an accurate idea that is all I have for now...... none of this is set in stone (except for D&S) so please feel free to comment about possible changes please post up what you feel would work best and I will do what I can to make this meet work for everyone...
