While this list shows #'s specific to the year of the vehicle it should be noted that depending on the exact build date of the vehcile you may have a serv # that corresponds to a build year before or after the actual model year of your car


Hopefully this will help end some confusion for a few people...

I cant say I have an answer to that... it seems rather strange that a 16236757 would be used in a 2001 though..esp since from all the info I have the 16236757 is not interchangeable with a 12209614 or 09378702

Thats interesting Seth...

According the the DHP compatibility chart that PCM could have come from a 98 or 99 GA and also other GM vehicles from 98 (bonne, GTP, monte, impala, etc)
