I'm at work right now so can't post any video's onto my computer. It loud when you first start it, then once the engine gets warm it dies down. Has a good load GTO esk sound in mid gears. A little annoying in the interior of the car. Once its nicer out i'll dyno matt the trunk then ryno line it afterwards.

reason for ryno line is my trunk carpet is so ****ed up i'd rather just ryni line it instead of paying for the carpeting which is like $200..

Professional Ryno line $75

carpet $200

It is amazing.
It's a really low rumble sound.
It's not very loud/overpowering either.

It's pretty consistent through the whole rpm band.

I was going to post a vid.
Howeverrrr.

On the way home from spending the night at the girlfriends house...

I was driving, then I saw my temp gauge hit 220.. then 230... then it just skyrocketed from there.
Then I hit my 4 ways and pull over, then I just hear all these bells and **** start going off.
I was like aww hell :[

So I get out, check crap out.. see if anyone is available...
Nobody.

So I turn my car to ON, then back off...
then do it again after 2 mins, then again, and again...
[the DHP PCM turns the fans on for 2 mins, to cool the engine]

clever thinking ftw?
Anyway, it got the temp below 200 in about 8 minutes or so. [from being pegged on the temp gauge totally]

So I turned the heat on 5 and limped it home. (45 minute ride)
=(

Sucks because I have to be to work in a little over an hour.
I was scared to death that I wouldn't make it.
But I'm not out of it yet.. /sigh

DHP Saved my job! Yay ;D

*edit* I'll take a vid tomorrow when I get home from school since I'm working until late tonight after I check out the car and make sure everything is okay.
then an oil change and crap... and maybe coolant too. [probably]
But I do agree, there is a droning inside the car. But isn't that to be expected with any exhaust?

If you are trying to imply anything, I can assure you that my Mazda is MUCH better built than the Grand Am.

I'll take a $600 LIM Gasket issue over a completely blown transmission any day of the week.

EDIT: This excludes the mazdaspeed 6

I jacked up my car today to put on new brakes.

and uhm.
Monroe Muffler used old ass rusted parts to hold the catback system together.
The kit came with brand new Clamps.
It came with brand new everything.
The only thing Monroe used from the kit were the tips, muffler, and that pipe that runs down the body.
Everything else is all old and rusted to ****.

/pissed.

I know there were clamps in there, because I looked before I took it.
and I even told them on the phone I have everything needed, even the clamps and bolts.

My transmission isn't completely blown. A $18 part and a tune has made the problem go away. Trust me, the amount of noise, rattles, and small broken parts on the GA is pretty high @ 50k miles, especially next to my 6.

Its funny that the people that think the GA is a great car currently drive one.... all the people that have moved on for one reason or another realize that the car was decent for the money, and thats about it.

Edit: My point is that the exhaust is cheap, and the quality reflects it.

YALEROYNOT hey everyone, I'm a newb!
I just put the pacesetter on my alero (3.4) I also put a mangaflow high flow cat and a 2.5" down pipe. It feels like i lost a little bottom end up to about 2000 rpm but going down the highway it pulls when you step on.

Install was really easy I think but I do all my own work.
