The SC/T spoiler should bolt right into the existing holes from the factory spoiler. As for the rims. IMO they will look really nice.

It shouldn't unless someone used epoxy to glue factory spoiler dow. The best way to get it off is fishing line, a hair dryer to heat up the adhesive between the trunk and the spoiler, some muscle, and alot of patience. If there is any residue left over, used Goo Gone to get it off. Then you can buff out any scuff marks or whatever from taking it off. The new spoiler should have came with a mounting kit. I'm not sure where else you can find some. Maybe some of the other guys can help out on that. 3M double-sided tape should work nicely for it though.
