7-4 in favor of having this meet from Aug 8th-10th...

So no one has anything to say about the meet?

Here are asome changes I made to the plans I posted before.. obviously these can change but I would like to have a somewhat decent idea of what we are going to be doing...

FRIDAY - meet up with everyone/hang out.. fix/prep our rides for the track... eat/shoot the ****... later on hit the drag strip (www.greatlakesdragaway.com)... even later who knows...

SATURDAY - Meet up with those who didnt make it Friday/detail.... I will be BBQing and we will have the car show off... later will be the Dog & Suds Cruise In and Kick A**... after which I am sure there will be plenty of "fun stuff" we end up doing...

SUNDAY - Everyone meets up for the last time... Maybe we eat brunch and nurse our hangovers... say goodbye till next year

NEED SOME FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS SO PLEASE POST UP IF YOU HAVE ANY

The date hasn't even been choosen yet (?).

Still almost 5-months away too.

Im down for this since i live like 20mins from GLD. Are the new people on this site allowed to come? Im interested in meeting all you guys. Im down 100%. I might even find away to get us in for cheap at GLD.

Also I'd like to suggest that everyone coming pitch in the $. There is no "recommended" amount but be reasonable in what it'd cost per person.

Who brought the Sleamans last year? Was that you Mike?

The dates have been decided but I cant kill the poll so the only way to end the poll is to have the thread locked... which would be premature...

in any case the dates are planned for the 8th-10th

also I am starting this planning early so that we are more preparred this year... I was kinda going crazy last year trying to tie up loose ends and doing final frep...

yup... I forget which type but there was one that she really really liked and the other day when I started talking to her about this years meet she asked if you were going to be able to bring any with you this year.

Yeah, I used the good/bad of that meet to model the one here in South Bend in May. Figured out you don't need a lot going on to have a good time but at the same time you can't completely wing it.
