PS: The drive there & back home was a PITA

I think I might of got a little bit of sunstroke driving there.
(My face was flush red & I was kind of dehydrated, by the time I got to my buddy's place.)
& my mind was toast, after being on the road for 12-hours

But it was all well worth it

What time are you guys going up to GLD friday? I cant get off work completely, but I should be able to be off early.

I HAVE to have my damn motor done by the time this comes around. Its getting ridiculous how much time Ive waited on this thing already.

I think we are gonna try to have everyone together to convoy to the track by 4:30pm.. there will be a bunch of us and we will be there late so no worries about what time you can make it

i better put in for the weekend off! Wasn't able to hit up AJ's in South Bend cause my boss took vacation, but if i put in for it off soon i should be able to make it over to this one

I'm gonna do everything I can to show up..no guarantees but I should have a decent shot.

If the pay out from my insurance is good enough to repair the car (and upgrade), pay off my CC debt and have a little left over to save..then combined with my job I should have enough to make the drive and everything else..

If I do go, probably just use my dad's condo in Arlington Heights to cut costs..so I'll be down for running a caravan up there when it comes around.
